Purposes and basics of processing

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. providing electronic services in the field of providing you with the content collected on the Website - the legal basis for processing are the activities necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, before concluding the contract (art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);

  2. enabling contact with the Administrator using the contact form - the legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);

  3. analytical and statistical - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The legitimate interest of the Administrator in this case is the constant development of the website www.dobrewiadomosci.net.pl.

  4. possible determination, investigation or defense against claims - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the Administrator. Data storage period

The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the purpose of processing. As a rule, the data is processed:

  1. for the duration of the service,

  2. until the consent is withdrawn,

  3. until an effective objection to data processing is submitted in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the following address:  teo@teo.center . Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims, and after this period, only if and to the extent that it will be required by law. After the expiry of the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.

Rights of data subjects

In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject has the following rights: access to data, rectification of data, deletion of data, data processing restrictions, the right to object to data processing, the right to data transfer. You are entitled to these rights in the cases and to the extent provided for by applicable law. In connection with data processing, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Information on automated decision making, including profiling

Based on the personal data of persons, the Administrator will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.

Our website provides additional functionality in the form of the possibility for the user to receive messages in the form of notifications. They are small rectangular messages sent by the website with your consent. The functionality does not require providing personal data.

The first launch of the web browser will display the following message: Do you want to receive notifications? Remember, you can, but you don't have to, agree to receive notifications. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. The entity that places cookies on the Website User's end device and obtains access to them is the Dobre Wiadomości Portal.

"Permanent" files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are manually deleted by the user.

In addition to own cookies, the Website may host and use third-party cookies, belonging in particular to advertisers, adserver system operators and operators of systems analyzing and reporting viewership. Cookies used by the website operator's partners, including in particular website users, are subject to their own privacy policy.

What are cookies used for?

The cookies of the Dobre W Portal are used for the following purposes:

  • adjusting the content of websites to the user's preferences and optimizing the use of websites.

  • creating anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the user uses websites, which allows improving their structure and content, excluding personal identification of the user.

Third party cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • collecting statistical data on the popularity and usefulness of the website or its elements;

  • collecting statistical data about users, e.g. age, gender, demographic information, user interests using the Google Analytics code (more information can be found on the website:  https://support.google.com/analytics#topic=1008008 );

  • measuring the effectiveness (conversion tracking) of actions carried out, e.g. in the Google advertising network, partner programs, affiliate networks;

  • remembering the lack of consent to display some content in the future.

Google Analitycs

The Google Analytics advertising functions used on our Website include:

  • Google Analytics remarketing,

  • Reports of views on the Google Display Network,

  • Google Analytics interest and demographic data reports,

  • Integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data via advertising and anonymous identifier cookies.

Information is collected on the way the website is browsed, the popularity of individual subpages and data used to personalize advertisements, e.g. age, gender or user interests. On their basis, reports of interests and demographic data are created. These reports in a statistical form can be made public and shared with the company's business partners. Based on these data and reports, it is not possible to identify individual users. You can disable Google Analytics advertising functions at any time using Ads Settings, tools designed to block Google Analytics functions available at  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/

Cookies can be divided into:

"Necessary", enabling the use of services available on the Website, eg authentication cookies used for services that require authentication

"For security purposes", eg used to detect fraud in the field of authentication;

"Efficiency", enabling the collection of information on the way websites are used;

"Functional", enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalization of the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc.

Cookie settings.

By default, the software used for browsing websites allows by default to place "cookies" on the User's end device. These settings can be changed by the User in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookies" in the web browser settings or inform about their every transfer to the user's device.
